Please help:add image to your website

Tell us what’s happening:
In my opinion all code is correct, I went trough it hundred times, but no matter what I do I keep getting: Your image should have a src attribute that points to the kitten image.
Can someone help me with this code and point me in right direction as I can’t get src get working.
