Do you know what code language this is that we are using?

That is what I thought, just wanted to make sure. I am new to this but wanted to make sure. I am trying to figure out what IDE platform to use to build something on my own while using this as well. Trying to build a portfolio while using this as well. Just trying to figure out how to use what we are doing to make a web page at the same time. Just learning and trying to practice and implement on my own at the same time. Thanks for the feedback.
