I personally find it annoying to have to go to my email every time I want to log in. This also means I can’t log in when I am using other accounts. Is there a way to log in without having to do that, or some way you can turn that off?

You can log in using Google, GitHub, and Apple accounts. Using those may or may not require 2FA, but you can configure that on each respective platform how they confirm.
Otherwise, there is no way to prevent this. The only way to not use 2FA is with password authentication alone, and we deliberately moved away from this method years ago, because of how much less secure it is:
