Welcome to the community! When posting ask for helps, please describe what the issue is, so we don’t have to go digging. Anyway, it looks like you only added checked to the radio button, it also wants you to add to the first checkbox.

The directions: Make the first radio button and the first checkbox selected by default.

You have done the first part of the instructions, however according to your code you have not added an checked attribute to the first of your checkboxes. So you only have half the answer.

You added checked in one place. I au need it in two places.

I am not going to give you the exact code. However I can give you an example:

Notice how I added checked to the <input> tag?
