just read what they ask you to do
you have to nest the anchor <a> tag between a paragraph and that’s possible because anchors are block elements by default and you can create a paragraph containing a link by nesting the link inside the paragraph
take this example :

and this will look like this

so you have to create a paragraph containing View more cat photos while the cat photos is a link
