I have separately given these 4 lines as the problem coming in these 4 lines only for this exercise.

The error showing is:
“Each of your radio button elements should be added within the form tag.”
But when I am giving form tags then it is showing a lot of errors. I am giving form tags in this way:

Where am I going wrong? Please help
