do you have any css code?

#header {
position: fixed;
top: 0;
min-height: 75px;
padding: 0px 20px;
display: flex;
justify-content: space-around;
align-items: center;
background-color: #eee;
}

you didn’t link your styles.css to the index.html
(the instructions remind you to, so please do that.)
Also make sure you aren’t setting any margins or padding around your elements that would push the navbar away from the top.
