Profile lookup challenge if else

Describe your issue in detail here.
I’ve checked the video’s hint, the question is why can’t I use if…else in the function?
why in the video the return “No such contact” is out side of the for loop{} ?

  **Your code so far**

// Setup
var contacts = [
  {
      "firstName": "Akira",
      "lastName": "Laine",
      "number": "0543236543",
      "likes": ["Pizza", "Coding", "Brownie Points"]
  },
  {
      "firstName": "Harry",
      "lastName": "Potter",
      "number": "0994372684",
      "likes": ["Hogwarts", "Magic", "Hagrid"]
  },
  {
      "firstName": "Sherlock",
      "lastName": "Holmes",
      "number": "0487345643",
      "likes": ["Intriguing Cases", "Violin"]
  },
  {
      "firstName": "Kristian",
      "lastName": "Vos",
      "number": "unknown",
      "likes": ["JavaScript", "Gaming", "Foxes"]
  }
];

function lookUpProfile(name, prop) {
// Only change code below this line
for (var i=0;i<contacts.length;i++){
  if (contacts[i].firstName == name){
      return contacts[i][prop] || "No such property"
  } else{
      return "No such contact"
  }
}
// Only change code above this line
}

console.log(lookUpProfile("Kristian", "likes"));

Challenge: Profile Lookup

Link to the challenge:

when i is 0, one of these two return statements is executed, and the loop never continues, meaning only the first element in the array is checked
