Python Indentation in If Statements

If i were to write an if statement and that if statement has only 1 condition , should i make the condition indent decreased or increased?

forgive me if its a stupid question, im just curious

I do not understand what you are asking. In Python, indentation in syntactic, so the code will only run with correct indentation.

I have edited your post to include a descriptive title of the problem, rather than a long question. In general, a title should not have more information than the body of a post. This just helps keep the forum tidier, and helps Campers more easily find posts they might know more information about.

Your question might be more easily conveyed through a code example.

a typical if statement looks like this

if condition:
then one indentation increased and then you got your logic (or your print statements)

the condition does not get indented, it all stays on the same line (atleast this is how I do it)
