my name is Michael, and I am from Germany.
I am new here, and I was wondering if someone could help me out with something I would like to achieve… I looked on codepen, and I found a nice example of mouse tracking effect…
the example is the following:

I would love to achieve something on a website… but, the mouse effect should be visible no matter where I am or throughout different sections while scrolling…
the canvas givs me a little bit of trouble, because I want the mouse to behave as always, and make elements and links clickable… so that the effect doesn’t influence the page flow and behaviour…
For any hints I am more than grateful.
