Random question random things

I finally decided to ask, why when you remove some random letter or number at some random spot does this happen? what is going on here? and it doesnt always happen. sometimes, nothing changes. others, it does stuff like this? Here, I removed “v” from “div” line 46.

I’m impressed with how un-noob this looks compared to first forum post lol.

  • it becomes a non “html” element
  • it will try to get a meaning out of given html structure be that whatever it might be
  • it depends on existing codes, if it is from any “html” tags then its likely to be broken totally or partially

hope this was useful, happy coding

Hello!

To explain this in plain English: Computers are actually stupid. They need instructions that are correct to the last letter from us. Miss a closing bracket like in your example, and the code becomes undefined = an unreadable mess for the machine, aka as a bug.

That the code in the editor sometimes still works might have to do with what you see is only the surface. There is much more code running underneath the courses than meets the eye.
