I have been asked by my office to learn Smarty PHP for an upcoming development project. I will be handling front end design, and another staff member will be handling back end; the need for Smarty is to effectively divide our workloads according to focus and make it easier to connect the two.
I’m looking for resources or tutorials on Smarty, and while I’ve found some documentation, it’s either too vague to make any real sense of, or I’m reading pages and pages of documentation that is more organized like a dictionary than a tutorial. Therefore, I wanted to ask here if anyone had any recommendations for learning Smarty, as well as any advice in general.
