Responsive Web Design Certification Exam Stuck on Pending

Hello freeCodeCamp Team,

I recently completed the Responsive Web Design Certification Exam, but my exam submission is still showing as pending.

Here are my exam details:

  • Certification: Responsive Web Design
  • Exam Date: July 9, 2026
  • Exam Time: 8:18:50 PM
  • Score: Pending
  • Status: Pending

I have already tried:

  • Waiting for the result to update.
  • Refreshing the page.
  • Logging out and logging back in.
  • Using a different browser.
  • Clearing my browser cache.

The exam is still showing “Pending”, and I have not received my certification.

My freeCodeCamp username is: ummamtahreem

I have attached a screenshot of the pending status.

Could someone please check my exam submission and help me resolve this issue?

It can take up to 7 days to get the results of your attempt.

I completed two exams it has been more than a month and I didn’t get my results yet. I keep on checking for the results everyday but I dont get any

where are you checking for the result?

you get the result in the page on the site, for example you would see the result for the Responsive Web Design Exam at https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn/responsive-web-design-v9/exam-responsive-web-design-certification/exam-responsive-web-design-certification

it is on the same link. in fact i clicked on this link and it says that i should retake even though i have completed it already. i completed 3 exams
