When I first saw the project only had 14 steps I was pleased as I thought it’d be simple like previous projects, but I was wrong. After step 5 there was much too much to do in one step for me to be successful. I feel that some of the steps should be reduced into multiple ones to give a better chance of success and make the certification more enjoyable. There is too much that can go wrong when trying to complete more than 5 lines of code at a time I feel. I’m going to have to run through the completed code to get a better understanding and do other tutorials for JavaScript dice games to get my head around the code. Less step by step hand holding is the point of the “Review” projects though. Problem solving is a separate skill from drilling syntax and its a very important skill to learn.
