Thank You To whoever was trying to help I figured out the Problem and fixed it. The solution to my problem returning a value inside the if statement
like this =

let score = [];
function getGrade(score) {

  if (score === 100) {
    return("A++");
  }else
  if (score >= 90 && score <= 99) {
    return("A");
  } else
  if (score >= 80 && score <= 89) {
    return("B");
  }else
  if (score >= 70 && score <= 79) {
    return("C");
  }else
  if (score >= 60 && score <= 69) {
    return("D");
  }else {
    return("F");
  }

}
console.log(getGrade(score))
console.log(getGrade(96));
console.log(getGrade(82));
console.log(getGrade(56));

Good luck to everyone…
