function studentMsg(totalScores, studentScore) {
const classAverage = getAverage(totalScores);
const grade = getGrade(studentScore);
if(studentScore !== “F”) {
return ("Class average: " + classAverage + ". Your grade: " + grade + “. You passed the course.”);
} else {
return ("Class average: " + classAverage + ". Your grade: " + grade + “. You failed the course.”)
};
}
console.log(studentMsg([92, 88, 12, 77, 57, 100, 67, 38, 97, 89], 37));

}

function getGrade(score) {
  if (score === 100) {
    return "A++";
  } else if (score >= 90) {
    return "A";
  } else if (score >= 80) {

  } else if (score >= 70) {
    return "C";
  } else if (score >= 60) {

Notice the result for the case logged to console is not correct. It should have the failing message.

there is actually none, i checked it multiple times, refreshed, loged out and in, nothing works at this point, seems like smth missing in a task, cause i have only 1 console.log

Welcome to the forum @187xro

The variable studentScore is a number, it will never evaluate to "F", so the if statement always run.

Happy coding
