Hey,
I completed my survey form project. : )
I designed a survey page using Figma.com
(here is the link to it : survey page ui)
however, it turns out that I’m not skill full enough to make something like this :stuck_out_tongue: (if anyone is interested is making one, that would be great :stuck_out_tongue: )
so i had to redesign to something i could do,
and here it is : survey form

please give your opinion on this project. :grinning:
