You are not using the correct url here

Reread the directions again to make sure you are using the correct url
and assign "https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo" to the action attribute of the form element.

When it didn’t work, i open the help center or whatever it’s name. And everybody did like this, i don’t know maybe i misunderstood

You want to be careful about reading old posts because the challenges do change overtime.
The screenshot you are showing me is from July of 2017.
A lot has changed since then.

It is always important to carefully read through the directions so you are staying current with what the challenge wants you to do.
