Hello
It’s a part of the HTML main structure, it’s named after the human anatomy.

head
body
footer (optional)

“header” is taken from typography, it’s not a part of the main HTML structure.

So your "body"tags are always found after the “head” tags.
Look closely at your HTML.

You target it simply with
body {

}

in CSS.
