Specify How Fonts Should Degrade - Impossible to satisfy all?

Tell us what’s happening:

Hello. It seems impossible to get this answer right and progress. If I comment out the google link that my h2 font will not be Lobster, it will fall over to monospace, Thus I will fail requirement 1.

However, if I do not comment it out than I will not satisfy the other three requirements. How can I get them all right at the some time?
