Step 14 help needed please!

Tell us what’s happening:

The instruction says:
Turn the image into a link by surrounding it with necessary element tags. Use https://freecatphotoapp.com as the anchor’s href attribute value.

My code fails and response says:

Test

Sorry, your code does not pass. Try again.

Hint

Your anchor (a) element should have an opening tag. Opening tags have this syntax: <elementName>.

^^I do not understand the hint. Where in the script is the anchor element supposed to be input and what is this opening tag?

  **Your code so far**
<html>
<body>
  <h1>CatPhotoApp</h1>
  <main>
    <h2>Cat Photos</h2>
    <!-- TODO: Add link to cat photos -->
    <p>Click here to view more <a target="_blank" href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">cat photos</a>.</p>
    <img <a src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/curriculum/cat-photo-app/relaxing-cat.jpg" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back." href="https://freecatphotoapp.com"</a>>

  </main>

Challenge: Step 14

Link to the challenge:

Hello there,

Opening tag refers to the first tag of any element,

<div>
<p>
<img>

what you’ve done is put the anchor tag <a> and its closing tag </a> inside of the image tag, when actually they need to be outside of it, ‘wrapping’ it.

Below is the code solution if you need it.

Code
<a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com"> <img src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/curriculum/cat-photo-app/relaxing-cat.jpg" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back."> </a>
