Step 35 - New Responsive Web Desing error

Tell us what’s happening:
I’m stuck with this error: Your form element does not have an action attribute. Check that there is a space after the opening tag’s name and/or there are spaces before all attribute names. Can anyone help me ?

Challenge: Step 35

Link to the challenge:

Do you really have two <form> elements in your HTML? You should only have one.

<form>
          <form action="https://freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo">
</form>

I fixed it, but still the same error: Your form element does not have an action attribute. Check that there is a space after the opening tag’s name and/or there are spaces before all attribute names.

This still looks like two <form> elements to me. You only want one. You should add the action attribute to the original <form> element.
