Trying to insert the link element but not passing level. I dont know what i am doing wrong.

Your code looks correct to me, adding a backslash at the end of the link element after the href attribute should work.

adding a forward slash to close the self closing element. I think it is optional for HTML but for other HTML-like standards it isn’t. Here are some explanations:
