I submitted my code for palindrome through the help feature. Where do I go to find a response?

If you submitted your code for help, you should be able to see it in the forum if the submission was successful.

I submitted it twice using the help button. I will repost here.

the help button will create the text for the forum post, you also need to create the topic yourself after

What is the point of using help if I have to post in the forum, too?

There are a couple of steps to submit with the help button.

First you have to fill in the description of the problem. Then click Submit.
Then you will be shown a post template. You should confirm the template has all the code and links that you want to share.
Then you must click on the create post/topic button.

Thanks for the replies. I dont think I was clear. The help button I’m referring to is not in this forum. It is where I submit my code and one of the options is ask for help.

Yes and I described the steps of what you should do when you click that button from the challenge page.

You can also show us screen shots or video of what you are trying to do.

.2 enter description
.3 click submit
.4 the help screen disappears and the challenge screen returns.

I do not get the template to confirm.

can you try downloading a new browser and using it instead?
