Hi, and i have one more question do i need to create a new topic?
For @media, i was able to create that i wanted but still think there is a more professional way.
So I positioned the navbar on the top and the main goes below, however i could not recreate the smaller menu ,only i started playing around positions again.
Here is my solution:

                <p>A while statement executes its statements as long as a specified condition evaluates to true. A while

                    statement following the loop.
                    The condition test occurs before statement in the loop is executed. If the condition returns true,

                    To execute multiple statements, use a block statement ({ ... }) to group those statements.

Here is my css setting where i cannot make the same without using position. So i want a smaller menu which is still scrollable but if i reduce the height of the ul a big space will be there within the navbar. Reducing the height of the navbar makes the menu unscrollable

Permíteme preguntarte ¿Quieres utilizar la segunda configuración CSS y que #navbar no ocupe todo el alto de la pantalla?

Si es el caso hay muchas formas de lograrlo.

Una forma puede ser dentro de @media darle a #navbar la altura que requieres, ya que la tienes configurada en 100vh y permanecerá así en todas las pantallas a menos que le indiques otra cosa, también tendrías que modificar la altura de #navbar ul:

@media (max-width:850px) {

        height: 30vh;
    }

    #navbar ul {
        height: 90%;
    }
}

Otra forma puede ser dentro de @media darle a #main-doc una posición absoluta y ajustar las propiedades top y left a lo que requieras:

     position: abosolute;
     top: 35%;
     left: 0%;
  }
}

Ambos metodos logran los mismo, depende mucho de tu enfoque, si lo que quieres es otra cosa, puedes decirlo y tratare de ayudarte.
