Terminal is not working - Relational Database

Hi there!

Suddenly I have got these errors as shown in the below screenshot, and I am unable to continue with the course.

Can anyone help with this? (Maybe something I have to do)

Now the terminal is working but when click on run it says “Test runner failed”.
