Hello, the thing is i don’t understand. In which line i did mistake? Can you guys please tell me where exactly i write wrong code?

you need to close the form opening tag

you need to change it to <form action="https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo"><input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL">
notice how I closed the form tag before the input tag started.
