The "real" privacy setting?

So, I was going through the new launch and I’m quite impressed by the sheer amount of new content. I can’t wait to finish ALL the challenges in the the seven sections and show off my six new certificates.

I also like the neat public profile built into FCC now. So when I was going through the Privacy Settings for this profile, I came across this - and I’m a bit confused:

I think one of the entries is redundant? Thought I’d report it - maybe I’ll be fixing it in the future with my 6 new certifications and all - who knows?
