It sounds like your browser was unable to connect with the freeCodeCamp server. There are a number of things that can cause this from your local internet connection to regular maintenance or update cycle to a significant infrastructure failure. There’s probably nothing wrong unless this problem persists over a significant period of time.

I am not currently seeing any issues with connecting to freeCodeCamp. Try refreshing your browser and signing in again if needed.
