I think the value attribute should begin with uppercase letters

Your attributes and values seem fine, but you need to add some whitespace between attributes…
Example, change this

type="checkbox"name="personality"value="loving">loving</label>

Becomes

type="checkbox" name="personality" value="loving">loving</label>

What piouson said, but especially with the img tag in the 5th line of your code:

I’m guessing that your main problem is that the picture isn’t showing up. “imgsrc” above needs to be “img src”, with a space in between. You also need to close the tag by adding a slash at the end: <img ... />
