i have completed all things and am able to generate a token for the responsive web design. when i go to exam page, it wont allow me to paste my token code so i can take exam. i even tried to input it manually and it said error. hopefully someone had this issue and was able to find a solution. if so i would greatly appreciate the help getting the exam started
I just tried several times, and it works for me (I’m on Windows).
I was able to generate a token from the settings page:

I used the ‘Copy’ button to copy the token and simply pasted it into the application. I was able to log in to the application.
Have you downloaded the application? If you are on Windows, you need to install it.
Is it the latest version, 1.6.0?
What is your operating system? (Windows, Linux…)
Can you share a screenshot of the problem?
Do you mean when you are in the exam app?
