Hi! Welcome to the forum!

Can you please tell us what steps you are told you haven’t passed yet?

Also please post your css code. Then it can be checked for errors.

Hello,

Apologies, I just forgot.

  1. You should have an img element with an id of image .
  2. You should have an a element with an id of tribute-link .
  3. Your #tribute-link should have an href attribute and value.
  4. Your #tribute-link should have a target attribute set to _blank .

I’m pretty sure I have all of them but it’s still not passing.

  1. You should have an img element with an id of image .
  2. You should have an a element with an id of tribute-link .
<div id="image"><img src="https://global.discourse-cdn.com/freecodecamp/original/3X/c/a/ca9b799cf00ccacd331550ef9e34f6f31eed80cc.jpg" id="image">
      </div>
<div id="tribute-link">
        If you have time, you should read more about this incredible human being on his <a id="tribute-link" href="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/testable-projects-fcc/images/tribute-page-main-image.jpg" target="_blank">Wikipedia entry</a>
      </div>

In a html document each id value should only be used once. You have used the same ids multiple times.

  1. Your #tribute-link should have an href attribute and value.
    4… Your #tribute-link should have a target attribute set to _blank .

<a id="tribute-link" href="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/testable-projects-fcc/images/tribute-page-main-image.jpg" target="_blank">Wikipedia entry</a>

You have linked to an image file, the anchor element should link to a webpage. Not sure why target='_blank' is throwing an error as that is correct. But when I correct the href error your code passes for me.
