I just finished my Tribute Page. I personally dont like bootstrap that much, so I have used CSS Media Queries to make it responsive. Any Feedback is Welcome 
Very nice design, I like the background that you can see as you scroll - nice touch. I like bootstrap, but I just discovered media queries, after checking out your page and design I want to try it myself. Great work!
