box shadow is in the CSS language, so you should be declaring inside the <style> tags, or with the style attribute.

for example:

.myClass {
    box-shadow: 0 2px 3px rgba(0,0,0,0.19);
}

box-shadow isn’t an html tag. It’s a style property. It should be in the appropriate part of the style section.
