Unable to delete my alt account

Tell us what’s happening:

I accidently opend an alt account and now I am trying to delete it but, no matter how many tries it won’t delete it.
I go to
Profile
Delete account
and confirm the action

All it does it reseting my progress and log me out.

what account are you unable to delete? the forum account or the curriculum account?

It’s both I want the alt account gone completly

the curriculum account can be deleted from the settings, “Update my account settings” -> “Delete my account”
If you log in again a new account will be created

You can’t delete a forum account, you need to ask here in #support for the account to be deleted, also if your account has a certain age it is not possible to delete it, but it can only be anonymised
