Use CSS Selectors to Style Elements code don't work

Hi,
I have tried this specifec task a couple of times already to no avail…
For some reason it does not want to take my code.
When i run the test it shows this message:

Create a style element.

// tests completed

I really can see where I have gone wrong.
any help would be appreciated.

The code is correct, just clear cache or use another browser to pass the test!
