Tell us what’s happening:

Your code so far

function convertToInteger(str) {
  var a=parseInt("10011",19);
}

convertToInteger("10011");

Your browser information:

User Agent is: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36.

Why are you using 19 for the second argument? You are supposed to be converting the number into a base 2 number.

Also, make sure your function returns a value using the return keyword.
