User Story #11: The navbar should always be at the top of the viewport

Every time I try putting in my profile link, it ends up saying that my navbar isn’t at the top even though it is at the top. I’m stuck on this and have no idea what I am doing wrong, any advice?

Seems like the header element is causing the problem here. I see that it’s not a part of the userstory requirements.

Thank you for the reply! The problem ended up fixing itself once I started doing the CSS part of the project.
