Tell us what’s happening:
It says I haven’t put in any value attributes for any of my checkboxes or radio buttons and I don’t understand what I am doing wrong.

What do the failing tests say?

The thing that stands out to me is that you appear to have changed the text inside all of the labels.

This is what the original labels looked like:
