Weird part of Font Awesome (fa - fas)

Tell us what’s happening:
When I use fas instead of fa it does not show any icon. Is it only on FCC? Font awesome website shows that we use fas.

But the first lesson on Font Awesome was telling us to use FAS which confused me for a while about how can I pass the test.
