Tell us what’s happening:
So I have to: Add an hr tag underneath the h4 which contains the card title.

I really thought I did this right, but it’s not allowing me to complete the challenge - “The hr tag should come between the title and the paragraph.”

Would appreciate it if someone could tell me what I’m doing wrong. Thanks!

Your code so far

<style>
  h4 {
    text-align: center;
    height: 25px;
  }
  p {
    text-align: justify;
  }
  .links {
    text-align: left;
    color: black;
  }
  .fullCard {
    width: 245px;
    border: 1px solid #ccc;
    border-radius: 5px;
    margin: 10px 5px;
    padding: 4px;
  }
  .cardContent {
    padding: 10px;
  }
  .cardText {
    margin-bottom: 30px;
  }
</style>
<div class="fullCard">
  <div class="cardContent">
    <div class="cardText">
      <h4><s>Google</s>Alphabet</h4>
      <hr>
      <p><em>Google was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin while they were <u>Ph.D. students</u> at <strong>Stanford University</strong>.</em></p>
    </div>
    <div class="cardLinks">
      <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larry_Page" target="_blank" class="links">Larry Page</a><br><br>
      <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sergey_Brin" target="_blank" class="links">Sergey Brin</a>
    </div>
  </div>
</div>

your answer is correct.

If you search the forum you will see others having the same issue and that there is an open bug report for FCC in github.

(pls always search the forum before posting, it will save you time ultimately)

#5

your code is correct.
But to pass the test exchange the p tag with em tag

#6

Oh my gosh, thank you so much!

I’m happy I posted the question after all tbh - it was getting to me. Now other completionists like me will be able to pass it.

Thank you :two_hearts:
