You have some syntax errors here

I would reset the lesson.

In the opening form tag your action attribute should be set the correct URL address given to you in the instructions.

FCC instructions:
assign "https://freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo" to the action attribute of the form

Everything else you did was correct.
