Where can i get the Yelp API Token and TokenSecret

On the Nightlife Coordination App, it was suggested that the Yelp API be used, but I cannot seem to find anything about “Yelp API”.
However there is another similar API called Yelp Fusion, which only provides the Client ID, API Key and Client Secret.
Is Yelp API and Yelp Fusion API the same thing? If yes, where can I find the Token and TokenSecret?
