" Nest your text field inside a form element" This is what you are missing.

The error says:

Nest your text input element within a form element.

You didn’t do that.

  <input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL">
  <form action="/submit-cat-photo"></form>

Your input/text element is outside of the form element. When I fix that, your code passes.

I thought i did with <form action=…

You have the right form element, but the text element isn’t nested inside it.
