Most likely they are having the same issue I am, and that is Microsoft isn’t giving us our trophy to verify even though I’ve double-check that I’ve done all of the coursework and all modules are marked complete.

They are the six modules on this page. There should be a checkmark next to each item in a module to get the trophy for that module.
