I have completed all the modules done all the necessary and written the exam and gotten my result. However, when I try and click on “Show Certification” it re-directs me to home page. This has been going on for days and it is so frustrating. I need help please.

do you see a message at the top of the page when that happens? it should tell you that you need to update your privacy settings
