Challenge: Step 40

Link to the challenge:

so i just did this a bit ago, this one is worded a bit weird but its basically saying that the float you added earlier is messing up your new paragraph element and you can fix it by adding a divider under it. just make sure the divider isnt outside your daily value div

i did this u see the code i also added a divider class to that div and the placed the new div under p tag within the daily div but it doesnt work

sorry i didnt really look at your code at first. so it looks like you’re under the impression that <div> stands for Divider. what its asking you to do is give the <div> the class of divider

nah broo , i actually gave the that div a class named divider but it stil shows the same well i will try again and ask for help

it is showing the same after adding class divider , you should create a new div withing your daily value sm-text

and the div under the <p> element has the class its asking for?

That is the same thing what i was doing from the first place but it doesnt work on me

can you please link your code?

    <div class="label">
      <header>
        <h1 class="bold">Nutrition Facts</h1>
        <div class="divider"></div>
        <p>8 servings per container</p>
        <p class="bold">Serving size <span class="right">2/3 cup (55g)</span></p>
      </header>
      <div class="divider lg"></div>
      <div class="calories-info">
        <p class="bold sm-text">Amount per serving</p>
        <h1>Calories <span class="right">230</span></h1>
      </div>
      <div class="divider md"></div>
    <div class="daily-value.sm-text">
      <p class="right bold">% Daily Value *</p>
        <div></div>
    </div>

the <div> under the <p> needs to have the class its asking for

 <div class="label">
      <header>
        <h1 class="bold">Nutrition Facts</h1>
        <div class="divider"></div>
        <p>8 servings per container</p>
        <p class="bold">Serving size <span class="right">2/3 cup (55g)</span></p>
      </header>
      <div class="divider lg"></div>
      <div class="calories-info">
        <p class="bold sm-text">Amount per serving</p>
        <h1>Calories <span class="right">230</span></h1>
      </div>
      <div class="divider md"></div>
    <div class="daily-value.sm-text">
      <p class="right bold">% Daily Value *</p>
        <div class="divider"></div>
    </div>

This one with the div class divider, it is telling me to use the existing .divider element as an example

say if you wanted to make this bold you would
<div class="bold"></div>
