I am sorry to inform you that this is the second time I have taken the A2 English for Developers Certification Exam. However, no score is displayed to show my level. I am only being asked to retake the exam.
To avoid experiencing the same situation again in the future, I would like to know the steps to follow for the exam.

During the manual moderation process, which is performed by real humans, the exam moderation team noticed that the exam software had identified some inconsistent behaviours. Based on this, we kindly ask that you submit another attempt at the exam.
