I took the A2 level English certification exam, but this is what it says: Retake Required. Why?

During the manual moderation process, which is performed by real humans, the exam moderation team noticed that the exam software had identified some inconsistent behaviours. Based on this, we kindly ask that you submit another attempt at the exam.
