I’m having an issue with the Responsive Web Design exam.

I have completed all the prerequisite courses and projects, and the curriculum shows that I’m fully qualified for the exam. I was able to take the exam once, but unfortunately, I didn’t pass.

Now that I’m trying to retake the exam, I keep getting this message:

“You must complete the prerequisite courses to take this exam.”

This is confusing because:

  • All Responsive Web Design projects are completed

  • The certification page says “Congratulations, you have completed all the requirements to qualify for the exam”

  • The issue only started after my first exam attempt

It seems like my exam eligibility was not properly reset after the first attempt.

Please help me reset or restore access so I can retake the exam.

Thank you.

did you ever accept the Academic Honesty Pledge (in the settings)?

alternatively, have you waited at least 7 days?

Hi. I’m having the same issue. It says retake require and it’s been a week not and it won’t let me in. I did accept the Academic Honesty Pledge. Thanks

a bug has been recently solved, please try again, if it doesn’t help please write to support@freecodecamp.org

I am getting the same error: “Congratulations, you have completed all the requirements to qualify for the exam.” However, after I download the exam app, it displays: “You must complete the prerequisite courses to take this exam.”
